I used to place orders with xlpharmacy.com, then when I tried to place an order recently, they wanted me to pay through ecmcpal.com. There was a bill waiting for me at ecmcpal.com for the correct amount. I had to call my credit card company for them to allow me to make a "cash transaction payment" and then xlpharmacy.com said they didn't get the payment, and ecmcpal.com has no real e-mail, chat, or phone number.
