This company will screw you over and you will never see one dime of ANY Of your commissions! Rod will just keep giving you excuse after excuse of "why you don't have your money yet"

DO NOT believe a word that scammer has to say to you...and my advice to you is RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!

He gives you a fake training, and will blow smoke up your butt, about the business.

  • I have worked for Peabody Chase and Rod for three years I have always been paid on time. You are the same guy that has been posting derogatory thing about MR Odom but from what I know is YOU NEVER CLOSED A FILE with PEABODY CHASE Consulting. I know this for a fact because I am the rep that is closing out your files. I have traveled to meet with the clients and investors at least three times from speaking to them you never picked up the phone to call them yest you want to be paid on files that have not closed.

  • So more are coming out of the walls eh? As I said in other post on other sites, different deal where I was also to be paid commission out of up front fees. Why would I have an email from Rod saying he owed me money if we didn't have such a deal. It's not like I ever lent him money. I also have records showing he sent me payment on a prior up front fee. This other person also posted his complaint before I confronted Rod on his non-payment. Hmmm, I wonder how many more of us there are. And no matter what he's done with you makes no difference. I have proof of his promises to pay, admitting he owes me, excuses, and more. Believe what you want, the evidence is there and irrefutable.

  • You say you are owed 10k? I spoke to a few other reps that all are very happy with PCC. Apparently you only bought in a paltry two deals in six months!!! Yet you wanted to get paid before the deals ever closed. People like you are a disgrace to our business. You [post under the assumed name of gothcha good? Trying to discredit a person who has helped me and lots of other people Rod is a straight shooter he is aces in my book. Venture capital funding is a tough business its obvious you could not hack it.

  • I didn't say how much Rod owed me and it's not 10k. He owes me for the commission on the upfront fees and when the deal is closed. We'd negotiated that it not be the full fee but a finders fee. He never lived up to the negotiation. It was just a stall tactic. The one he owes 10k is someone else. What I could not hack was not being paid and working for a company that demanded up front fees. So many amazing deals were lost because of those fees, projects that would have changed the way we lived and made Rod a fortune. Most real companies, venture cap, private equity or others, do not charge up front fees. Do the research and confirm that for yourself. I have a feeling Rod just can't afford to do the deals himself so he needs those fees. I think this might say something to the companies that would look to Peabody Chase to fund their deals what kind of company it really is. It's certainly no leader in the industry as it states when we Google PCC. Hmmm, deceptive advertising? I wonder if Rod could justify his claims of leadership to the FTC. I believe that's the proper regulatory agency for such a matter. It shouldn't be difficult to determine if they are or if it's another agency.

  • Another thing, all those negotiations were via email and proves the commission on up-front fees. And the FTC turns out to be the right regulatory agency to report deceptive advertising. Finally, by my count 4 people not getting paid around the same time by Rod, including me, filed complaints online. Seems like his business might be having financial problems. And now Hurricane Sandy slammed Long Island where PCC is located. What might that have done to his business? Should companies looking for funding look to PCC? I'd be cautious if I were them.

  • I usually dont get into online spats. But the guy making this complaint has to be full of it. I have worked with PCC for 7 months not as a rep but as a referring broker, Rod is bar none one of the top guys I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The staff at Peabody Chase are smart, responsive, and very aggressive in getting my deals done. I have made oodles of money with his organization. Gothcha good is answering questions as Not paid.? You have in the title of your claim 10,000.00 but you say in your post Peabody Chase Consulting doesn’t owe you ten grand. Why post you are owed 10,000? You admit you are trying to make money on deals you have not worked on or closed. It is very clear that you are the same person going from site to site making false claims because all of the claims are coming from the same IP address and are of the same nature. I have a masters degree in finance and IT did my homework before working with PCC. I know one thing for sure, Peabody Chase Consulting has provided me and my clients with unparallel service and results. Anyone who wishes to verify my comments can PM me.

  • Evidentally, Rod is not that way with everyone. It doesn't matter either of your experience with him if others have problems. It is then new people considering joining or doing business need be concerned and cautious. So your experiences have been good, other's have been bad. It's up to the reader of the reviews and complaints to decide. And it makes me wonder about the two of you. If things are going so well, why are you hunting down complaints from others? Why even check online for them if things are so good for you?

  • You two sound like damage control more than anything else. Why if Rod and PCC are so good does he need damage control? And the fellow claiming 10K is a different person. In my case a different deal was agreed to than either of you which can be proven. Why is it so hard for either of you to understand that someone else might have had a different deal? It's not a difficult concept, especially when there is proof. Is it now a damage control strategy to accuse anyone else who complains of being me and to stick with the lame claim, again when proof can be provided that there is no such possibility of such a deal and also evidence that I have been paid before on the basis of such a deal? Why would I have been paid if no such deal was possible? Can either of you prove no such deal is possible? And check again, 10k is most definitely a different IP, if indeed it can be checked. Doesn't that require a warrant and for a warrant doesn't there need to be evidence of a crime and a criminal investigation? At worst, this is a civil matter. It appears fundfinder is making things up as he goes. Again, damage control.

    Why the need for such damage control? Even the largest and best companies get complaints. They have reputations that can overcome such complaints. Evidently, Rod and his company PCC don't have such a reputation that the two of you and he need to be so concerned about my post and the posts of others. It would show more strength on the part of PCC if they stopped sending people like you with the same weak claims and arguments that can be so easily disproven and just held himself above the complaints. Why does he need to be so concerned if he has such a strong and runs such an excellent business? Is there really something to be concerned about beneath the veneer he shows?

    I would, however, like to get in touch with 10k and the others posting if possible, see what his actual situation was and if we could coordinate.

  • Further proof disproving fundfinder's claim, former clients and prospects who had trouble getting in touch with and call backs from Rod. Others' who had trouble getting a Non Disclosure Non Compete signed by him. Both, again, in the form of emails. It is very common industry practice to have NDNC's on such deals. Shouldn't they just be signed and returned promptly, not after weeks? I also have evidence of Rod missing conference calls with prospective clients. That's service?

    All these rebuttals to my posts just seem so coordinated making the same arguments and accusing everyone who posts of being the same person, me. Damage control.
