I applied for an online loan. I then received a call from James with the details of the loan. He said the loan was for $1500, and the payment was $115.00 for 15 months. I asked him if it was guaranteed, and he assured me that it was. He instructed me to Western Union $150.00 to a person called Marivic Albaran. This person was located in the Philippines. I asked James why would I send money to the Philippines when the loan is in the US. He said that the headquarters was located in the Philippines. After I sent my $150.00 he promised that I would get my loan of $1500 deposited straight into my bank account within 45 minutes. Well, the deposit never came through. I called back and talked with another person named Paul and explained the whole ordeal to him. He promised to refund my deposit of $150.00 back into my account as soon as he was able to. As of this date, I have not received my deposit back. I called numerous times and each and every time, all the telephones that I call from get blocked. I called again from my friends phone, and spoke with Richard. James and Paul were not available. I explained the whole ordeal again to Richard, and he said he would attempt to get my refund back. The last time I called was today, 10/17/2012, and I spoke with Brian. I politely asked him for his company address. He replied rudely to me and asked why did I want their address. I said that I wanted to send them something in the mail. He said, "What? Are you going to send a Christmas Card to us?" Anyhow, I managed to get their address. I was lied to about this loan. They had me send $150.00, then said that I needed to get the loan activated in order for the money to complete processing. The loan activation amount was $115.00. I told them I was trying to get a loan, and that I did not have the money to keep sending them. At this point, I lost my trust in them, and requested that the whole transaction get cancelled and requested to get my deposit back. I would like to receive my $150.00 back from this company plus the $12.00 western union fee.
