I was not aware that I authorized any charge for 14.95 to my account to EASY SAVER. I am asking for a refund now. I emailed ProFlowers the following email:
I am writing to complain about the EASY SAVER charges to my account on 9/10/12, 8/12/12, 7/12/12, 6/12/12, 5/4/12, 4/3/12, 3/5/12, 2/6/12, 1/5/12, 12/6/11, 11/7/11, 9/13/11, 8/15/11, & 7/15/11 for 14.95 each time. There may be more but that was all I was able to see in my online banking account. I can prove that I was charged on these days to a total of $209.30. I have seen the complaints of many people on www.419legal.org and other websites. I am truely disappointed in ProFlowers for allowing this to happen. I liked your flowers and enjoyed seeing them regularly, however I now have been taken advantage of to the extent of $209.30 and would appreciate it if you would make sure that I receive a full refund. The last 4 digits of my credit card are 1815. Please credit my card. I hope that you will agree that this is an unfair practice and discontinue it! Please reply.
