On oct 25th I recieved a call from a company saying they were cash loans representing advance america and they were informing me that they were going to garnish my wages for 350.00 owed for acash advance---I have never in my life taken an advance--I did look into it back in Jan 2012 and at that time they removed .13 cents total from my account I immediatly called them and explained I was not interested and I have recieved nothing until this past monday when they called my phone,, can you help thank you
