Today I went to my bank account to find out my balance. I was very surprised to find 9 $5 charges from Face Book. I do not know if these charges are facebooks way of getting extra money and they hoped there would be no notice of these charges, since they are for $5 at a time, they could easily go unnoticed on a larger account than mine. However, I am a single mother and have very little money. These charges have drained my account. I now only have $18.00 left. The option from my bank is to cancel my debit card and wait 5 days for a new one to arrive. I can dispute it with the bank. That will not get me anywhere anytime fast and this money is vital to care for my child. This has put me in a huge bind. All the phone numbers associated with these transactions are disconnected and the web address is no help. Facebook answer in the 'help' was to go to 'payment tab' and there is simply no tab like that I can find. I am very frustrated. I did not want to use my debit card for anything, I didn't even want a bank account. The bank manager assured me it was perfectly safe, and I had no need to worry. I use to only pay cash, people don't know how to handle cash anymore. I got this stupid card to fit in, fitting in isn't working for me. I am reduced to tears today over this issue, the $45 is just the beginning. I have nerve damage that acts up when I get upset. This is going to effect my body for days now. I have no idea if anyone will get back to me or how long this is going to take to get resolved, in the mean time, I have no money to purchase any needs that may arise. I am so frustrated. Hard to even type this. I am so angry and they have no contact info available.
