I saw an ad on craiglist for a macbook air 13 inch for $550. I answered it and got an e-mail from a person named Roxanne Koster who was no longer in Oahu and was now in Vancouver, Canada. She sent me pictures and told me to do the exchange through Interparcel. I told her that there was a lot of bad reviews for it and should use a different company. She said it was fine and she used it before. I sent the money and everything was set. Until I got an e-mail saying that fedex damaged it and they were doing the refund process as soon as possible. All I had to do was send them a copy of my receipt and they would refund me as soon as possible. It's been four days since I sent them everything and I haven't got any e-mails what so ever.
