I saw the advt on FB and on browsing thro their web site found that Oct 5th was the last date for the payment of USD 97.00 and the said amount was paid thro credit card. Immediately on payment i received a system generated message giving my username and password. As i wanted further details on how to go about the business i sent them an email and i received a system generated message that they need 2 days for resolution and would revert at the earliest. After that on 9th Oct (morning) I tried calling their contact nos. mentioned in the website but i got the reply "this telephone no. doesn't exsist". I tried again on 9th evening and a male voice answered the call saying he was the customer support guy, i asked him why in the morning i got a message that the telephone no. doesnt exsist, he said he was sorry about that, I also added that I had sent an email regarding a query and didnt receive any reply instead im getting only system generated messages, I also asked him to send a detailed mail on how to go about the business and he replied that he is not supposed to send any mails, I then asked him for his mobile no. so that i could speak to him in case i had any clarifications (as I was not able to get connected thro their landline's) he said that he would not be able to give that also, i asked for the office address and he said he was not allowed to give the same. I added that each time i call i get the message "telephone no. doesnot exsist" then how i would be able to do my business. When they declined to give the office address i began doubting if I was being taken for a ride. I asked him for Kavitha Mehra's contact no. and he said there was no such person. I said that i wasn't interested in continuing this membership and asked him for my refund. He said would arrange to refund the amount, an email was also sent regarding this again i received a system generated message. Again I had called on 10th to another no. which i got from HOMECS.IN and the person who picked up the call said that within 48 hours a reply to my mail would be sent, and the amount would be refunded by 30 days. So i called on 13th to check the status as i hadn't received any mail from them. But all their phones (they have given 4 telephone nos.) gave the same message "this telephone no. doesn't exsist" . I called again on 15th and i got the same message "this telephone no. doesn't exsist". Today (16th Oct) i tried from morning and none of their nos. were functioning, by evening i was able to get in touch with someone who picked the call and after taking my name and mobile no. he put me hold and didnt get back, and i had to disconnect the line. Though they have various websites and email id's the reply is being sent from the same id.Kindly help me in getting back my refund.
