I ordered my Norton software to be updated on September 9, 2012 in the amount of 68.98, which was charged to my Visa account appropriately. On September 10, 2012, Norton charged my Visa AGAIN in the amount of $98.98 this time. I've only just learned of this mistake, as I have been checking my Visa bill. If this is not corrected promptly, I will have to report it to my Visa company. Please reverse the amount of $98.98 promptly. My Email address is (Personal Information Removed) and if you need my Visa account you can contact me at (Personal Information Removed). Thank you for your attention to this matter.
