This company called direct buy warranty is a big scam, they took my money with and when time to actually used my warranty, they refused to pay. I lost out on my money, they will act very nice to you until your car break down, then they tell you, your money can not be returned, it has to be prorated although you did not even get a chance to used it. They are all thieves in that company. The company should be shut down.
