Ref: order number 6701 placed for 2 cartons of cigarettes on the 13th August 2012. I haven't recieved the goods, my email enquiries to the company have been answered and they are claiming the goods have been seized and destroyed by customs. After requesting a refund I received today what I consider to be a threatening email if I contact my bank for a charge back.
