The Homesavers USA, LLC called me and offered a Loan Modification service that my monthly payment in my home mortgage will be lowered to $ 1,098.00 a month. So by hearing that I agreed right away and ask them how much will be my service fee? And the lady in the phone answer me that it will be $ 2,950.00 dollars. And a down payment of $ 1,500.00 will be send asap thru bank transfer and they email me their bank account number and on 7/6/ 2011 I remitt the money. And after few days Lisa Diaz keep on calling me to remitt the remaining balance but I told her I just can remitt $ 725.00 and I said if I can recieved a letter from Citimortgage that you are working of my Loan Modification towards them that's the time I will send the remaining balance to complete my fee to them. But unfortunately they have not done anything in my behalf until I call Citimortgage and they told me that I cannot do loan modification for second time. So I call Lisa Diaz and tell her about it and I said just refund my money asap. But she said they cannot do that because it's already a month. So I am filing this complain just to get back my money of $ 2,225.00 dollars. It's a hard earn money of ours with my wife.
