I have the same story...I take care of my 92 year old mother and in doing her bills I found a check made out by and to R-Ben (not I, but R) at (888) 778 -0081 in the amount of 448.74 with no signature required. My mom has dementia, so I do all her bills and she has no access to her checks, checking account or credit card, so I haven't a clue how someone can withdraw without a ck. or signature from the named person on the account. There also is another 3rd Party Customer service number on the check that I've also called @ (888) 778 - 0073.


This transaction was made on 7/16/2012 and I have talked to the answering service numerous times who keep saying; "the money will be credited back to my mother's account" which has not happened.

My mother also has over a 11,000.00 balance on her credit card because of a scam and I get called weekly about how she is going to pay off her past due balance...I say good luck.
