I placed 2 phone calls from pay phone at Jaye Street and Hwy 190 in Porterville, CA 93257 on 10/09/12 using my charge card, they were each less than 2 minutes in length. Legacy charged my cad $8.15 initially and have charged $23.00,$23.00 and 14.85 since then. The calls were both local and not long distance. The phone stated there might be an additional $.50 charge for billing credit card but in no way stated there would be more than that plus the $.50 charge for the call. Now they have my credit card information and are continuing to make charges to it. Total rip off and by the looks of information online, this is a regular practice by this business.
