I too received a "Winner Notification" Letter from this "Agency". I noticed the zip code in the stamped postage was not from the same zip as the Miami return address - it's actually from Las Vegas, NV. I will be filing a report w/the states attorney's office as well & maybe we can get this scumbag arrested.
