we made an agreement for a personal loan to me for $28,000.00. I kept my part of it and sent him $580.00 for fees. He was to have the loan deposited with in 24 hours of receiving my payment. I hadn't heard anything from him until yesterday, when he said he needed $210.00 more ,but was trying to get that fee waived. I have heard it all before he is a fraud.
