I purchased a bag from Michaelkorsplaza.us after checking the photo to match with the actual Michael Kors site. It was advertised as a Michael Kors Outlet and looked authentic. I searched the web for any complaints and saw none.

I received a message the day after ordering that I had not submitted payment and immediately contaced the company to tell them that I received confirmation on my payment from the company which had me concerned. I checked my credit card and payment was taken from the account.

When the package arrived it was from a Chinese company - another red flag. I carefully opened the package so I could return it in the same box and found a purse that did not look like the picture. The "Bordeaux" was an orange rust and the material was definitely not leather.

I checked the website for the return policy and read that "All products are checked carefully before delivery. Please let us know your problems by e-mail as any issue cannot be fixed by yourself. We are very pleased and honored to help you have a wonderful shopping time here. All products from our website could be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. The items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging condition and in an unused condition. Please note that once your return items are received and found worn or dirty, these items will be sent back to you. Please contact us before you do this, and wait until you get our reply."

When I sent the email through the site I was told that they do not accept returns for personal dissatisfaction because they make a quality product.

Today I did a search for the company and saw another post on this site made 2 days ago - I wish that I would have seen it before I purchased. Hopefully someone else will see this before it is too late.
