callie: I received the very same letter today. If I send them my $20.00 "transfer fee," they would "rush my cash prise" of "$2,536,092.23 to me by bonded federal carrier." It sounded too good to be true,so I checked and found this site on the internet and i had to add my complaint. people who do this to people should have to pay by spending some time behind bars.
