I received a letter today stating that I had won a "cash award" in the amount of $2,535,092.23 and upon receipt of the enclosed "Express Notice Tracking Form" and a "transfer fee" in the amount of $20.00, they would "rush my cash prize to me by bonded federal Carrier".
I came to this site to check them out & have not sent them any money. This appears to be a scam. Can you verify?
