I placed check in my account and it was what the call overdrawn some one took it out placed it back in I called them and told them of evry action I made. Down to it taking 5 days to clear. Now I get no answer telling me they'd call me back.... Not I am now Black Listed from all banks for 7 years. What can I do how do i get, "Justice?" It was the last day and the at risk people I called them they gave me a time to stop account and get it out of their bank, "The Check", that is. And I have to pay the bank too they haven't gotten all teh papers drawn yet. It's official. Me being Black listed.

- May I suggest that if this ever happens again, deposit the check in your checking account and sit back and wait for it to clear. Once it clears, instruct your bank to NOT let anyone touch it, which they should not do anyway.
