We ordered 9 month supply and was very unhappy with the results, contacted company received return address and instructions to receive full refund of 238.00(we had free shipping). We had delivery confirmation, and NUGENICS INTERNATIONAL received our package on 9/24/12 @1:54 pm. Giving them the benefit of doubt we have waited over 2 weeks for the credit to appear back on our credit card. No such luck, and no phone # to contact them.
