I saw an add for a free sample and received same and if not happy had to contact them with 30 days and I could keep the product an not get charged....I cancelled same on 28th September 2012 and was charged on 2/10/2012. On the first email I sent cancelling the product I received an automated email stating that someone would contact me within the next few days....but no one has and I have since sent numerous emails but no answer, I tried ringing the 1800 number for Australia and a record message said that the number was disconnected.... can you help?

- Sadly I am also another statistic to the unauthorised charges to my card from ACM*Hyroxatone. I even received multiple "shonky" calls to my mobile in Australia....WATCH OUT !! I have had to cancel my card and report these transactions in USA$ over 4 different payments. CALL YR BANK NOW AND STOP THESE FRAUDS !!!!

- Update: My card Unauthorised charges included $68.92 then again $68.92 on the same day - 24th Sept 2012, then $7 in Oct then for a 4th time - $8 as recent as October 8 2012. WARNING - Report and Cancel your card !!
