I purchase a 32inch LG flat panel TV with a two years extended protection plan on 02/12/11., after seven months my television has lines going trough the screen revealing half a picture. i call PC Richard about this twice. they sent two repair guys to my home to fix it at that time, however, both times,these guys was very well scripted in not trying to help this situation in regards to my protection plan,as well as their reps over the phone; determining that my TV screen was physically damaged and was not covered on their warranty,stating it has physical impact damage.this television look completely brand new and has no physical damage as a result to impact as they state in their warranty. when i ask, why wouldn't the gentlemen remove the TV for further examination, their rep Andre (a female) said, from her notes the TV was internally damage,and an addition to thats she said if there was anything that was wrong inside that can cause any damage,they would be liable,and also other further damage can happen and they would be liable;more over prior to that she stated if i would had had the TV delivered at the time of purchase, they would have been reliable for that defect or damage to it, in which totally contradicts having a warranty to began with if the damage is not visible at that present time . when i ask,if thats the case ;the TV could have been defective to began with,whether i took it home or it was delivered, a problem cloud have surface over time,however that was not a wise point to her and she told me to call LG,in which i did;and have done a few months ago as both parties had me going back and forth to no avail. neither parties want to own liable.
