Responded to a real estate receptionist job and received an email that contained very questionable content, as it had nothing to do with the job posting. Original job posting stated:

Position: Receptionist/Office Assistant! This position is to be filled within the next 30 days. Please read the entire job description.

Seeking multi-dimensional entry level part time receptionist/admin assistant for fast paced, demanding, and growing real estate firm. Candidate primary duties include answering phones, handling all calls and call routing, data entry and gathering information and making a lot of outbound calls too. Overall front desk reception duties. Prior real estate experience not required. A willingness to be trained and a passion to learn and grow, however, is required!

Hours are Monday-Thursday & Saturday temporarily for training 8:45am-5pm. No benefits initially but room to grow. $13.00-$15.00 per hour /DO NOT APPLY IF SALARY DOES NOT MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS ***Promptness and reliability is crucial and mandatory.***

I live with my lovely Husband and 2 Beautiful daughters. I’m a Program Director who specializes on taking exhibitions,holding lectures and special events for both adult and youth education activities in architectural development .I'm looking for someone trustworthy and reliable to work very well with good understanding.



Basic wage is $700 weekly

This position is a flexible Part time job, you may be in any location because you will be working from your home for the time being, doing all the activities.... This will serve as a stable foundation to our working relationship.



In addition,Your kind of work is classified under the 1099 also you will be reimbursed for any travel and extra expenses.

I have the first task waiting for you, I just need to know if you are ready to work. I have been checking my files and what I would want you to do for me this week is to run some errands out to some FOSTER HOMES, You will be making some donations to them which is something of a monthly indulgence for me.



I would expect you to consider this a test of your efficiency and efficacy.



Funds required to make the Donations will be sent to you from one of my financial aides in form of Money Order/Company check...You will make arrangements to buy some stuff for the kids in the nearest store around you and mail them out.
