im am writing this letter to complain about timhorton....i have been going to the same tim hortons for over 4 years now .....im so upset that i walk there every day n walk home to find out my order is all wrong....i order begals toasted with butter and cream cheese i get begal no butter nocream cheese and toasted....wrong tea they gave me coffee...this isnt the frist time this has happend .....something needs to be done ....not really right i pay for something n dont receive it.....thank u for ur time....im incloseing my address.....(Personal Information Removed)
