Even though my wife had a ticket and was at the designated bus stop 30 minutes prior to departure, the bus she was to catch drove straight passed her.
I have contacted Greyhound's main office in Toowoomba with my concerns but no one has bother to call back with an explanation.
So I'm am advising you Í am going to the papers with my concerns.
