I signed up for service several months ago. I ordered a phone from their website and when it arrived I activated it, etc. I then started receiving recorded telemarketing calls "You have won...!" and so I changed my phone number. I then received collections calls for 2 people who had apparently had my number previously, the calls were recorded so I couldn't talk to anybody to get my number removed from their records. I changed my number again. I then received even more new collections calls for more people! All recorded as well. So I just gave up after 4 or 5 months of being sick of getting multiple calls daily that were not for me. I gave up and switched to tracfone. I will never use an AT&T MVNO again even as good as their towers are here.. NEVER again!

Having said such and in conjunction with our commitment to satisfy all of our valued customers, I respectfully encourage you to contact me via my email address of [email protected] so that I may personally address your prior H2O Wireless GSM prepaid service-related concerns, despite the fact that I gather that you've actually deduced the source of your unfortunate experience(s) yourself, I.e. Mobile numbers assigned to us by the parent carrier are indeed recycled. Nevertheless and despite the fact that you've since moved on to an alternate service provider I'd genuinely like the opportunity to redeem ourselves with you so that you may experience a level of support that is more indicative of our aforementioned commitment. This,whether or not you should ever reconsider our humble service(s) in the future. If you should allow me such opportunity, I simply ask that you make reference to SCAMBOOK and your prior H2O Wireless GSM prepaid mobile number in your email so that I may easily identify it. - I just saw this reply so I sent Ricardo an email requesting a full refund in the amount of $90 via paper check. We'll see how this goes.
