I too was scammed, I am a student, saw the free trial and I thought 'perfect'!I looked at my online statement a month later and saw it £69.44 and £69.90 taken, couldn't believe it. In a mad panic I was checking the website, my e-mails to check if they had contacted me to let me know they were taking more money, but nothing, no warning at all. I saw a complaints site like this and it said to cancel my card and so I did, the bank told me to take it up with the retailers dispute department. I will but I'm not holding my breath! Scamming gits!!!! Never ever buying anything like that online EVER AGAIN!!
