On August 5th 2012 I purchased a Google-offer (beta) to purchase a $20.00 scarf at Scarfspot.com. I tried a number of times to redeem the offer and was not able to use the Google-offer code at Scarfspot.com. I received a few responses from Scarfspot.com that they would fix that problem. By September 6th (a month since my purchase of the Google-offer)I was finally able to make the purchase using the Google-offer discount code. I received an order confirmation the same day from Scarfspot.com. I waited for shipping, and then contacted Scarfspot on September 25th to let them know that I'd not received my scarf. I received an auto-generated response that my question would be responded to within 24 hours. That was 15 days ago. I had also notified Google-offers. Google-offers offered to either refund my money, or they would also try to contact Scarfspot.com. (I chose the latter.) From Google-offers I found out that Scarfspot.com was moving its warehouse and therefore orders might have a 2 week delay. At Scarfspot.com it says that orders placed in August would have a 2 week delay (due to the move of warehouses), but, as I made my purchase in September, I oughtn't to have been affected by that, and even if I was, it's been 5 weeks since I made my purchase at Scarfspot.com, (and over 2 months that I've been trying to make the purchase, etc.)
Just today I sent another email to scarfspot.com (that is the only way in which to make contact with Scarfspot.com) Time will tell what happens to that inquiry.

  • I would like to receive my scarf, quickly, if possible. And they could give me another scarf also, if they really want to make things 'good between us' -- That being the Navy Polka-dot scarf (not the mini polka-dot that's the one that I'm awaiting currently!) Thank you
