I received this today [10/10/12] also:
"Your entry last month has WON! Go to BestBuyWin.net and enter your winning code 5555 to claim your FREE $1000 BestBuy gift card within 24hrs."
This came by text msg from phone number 714-616-6156
This was one that really was "too good to be true."

I'm with Verizon and I got one today! Woke me out of a sound sleep! Didn't realize what it was till it was to late and I clicked on the link :( Now my phone is messing up, thank god I didn't have any Personal Info stored on it!
