Several months ago I bought 6 cans of Flex Seal. The TV add and web site says this rubber in a can is permanent. About three weeks ago I had a small leak on a 3 inch pipe that feeds water to the ranches water troughs. I used 2 cans of flex seal on about 15 inches of the pipe. The "permanent" fix resulted in the pipe not only stopped the leak, but the pipe ruptured, and I lost 20,000 gallons of water. I am having to haul water to my cattle as a result. To replace the pipe will cost me @ $1,000.00. Flex seals advertising is false. I also used Flex seal to seal some small leaks in the main water trough, it didn't stop any leaks and I had to coat the leaks with cement(on top of the Flex seal) The crap is not as advertised.
