I filed the claim on 8/20/2012. They are still reviewing it. Have contacted my Cardioligist requesting that they get the paperwork needed. Shannon at the office contacted me backand informed me that she has sent the information 3 times to them 765-428-2500. My agent no longer accepts my calls. Kevin Shell 765-448-4146. I have spoken with numerous aflac staff . I finally got to speak with an Auditor in charge of my claim [email protected] 800-992-3522. She is never available to take calls now. I sent her coies of all paperwork provided to me by the hospital via email.in all I think 20 pages.Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide Don Tribbett (Personal Information Removed)

- Stop dragging their feet do their job provide the benefits I have been paying for out of each paycheck. Insurance is a necissary evil and it always ends the same way . We have to pay our part and they find a way to get out of paying theirs. Thank you Don Tribbett Jr
