Person said he belong to Special forces Airborne Sustainment Brigade in Kabul,Afghanistan. Said he had 1.3 million and 3.5 in gold still in Customs at Heathrow airport. Said he needed special customs stamp to clear package through Customs being carried by diplomat he knew. Sent money Western Union to other diplomat by the name of Godwin Aviso located in Ghana-Accra 00233 (e-mail address: [email protected]). Mr.Aviso (aka Teddy Morgan) claimed to be a diplomat who in turn would make sure that stamp was somehow sent to person waiting at customs in Heathrow.
