- I received the same letter on 10/10 and the payment due day immediately raised my suspicion. Official filing will never give people only 5 days for payment. Not to mention the return envelope didn't include postage. It is a shame that they even include CA State seal on the letter. Maybe I should send a "gift" to their POBOX to show my appreciation. lol
