I ordered a 30AMP Intelligent Solar Regulator and paid $104 for the item. The item that I recieved was not a 30 amp but a 10AMP regulator. The company was contacted and after numerous emails they requested photos of the item (which I sent) and then wanted the item to be returned at my cost. I requested a prepaid package instead as the fault was on their side and if I sent the package back there was no guarantee that they would honour the agreement and return the correct order. They would not provide a name but only an address.
I sent them an email advising them to send me the correct item as per my order. To date I have heard nothing from them.
