I ordered a camera from this company and received an email asking me to pay with a GreenDot money pack. I payed and received an email saying it would be shipped on Thursday October 4th. I have emailed them several times since with no reply and called the phone number several times leaving a message. I have received no response and believe this site to be unreliable or a scam.

- I ordered a TV and got the same message. I went to GreenDot & read their instructions carefully. GreenDot states that anyone that is not on their "approved list" asking you to get a moneypak & emailing them the activation numbers is not to be trusted. So, I did not. I believe smarttechcases is a scam.
