I was trying to become a Secret Shopper and had to go through all these questions and had to pick 2 possible ads I might be interested in to get to the next step, I chose Pro-Lash for one. They say they will send you a trial offer for 15 days for $4.43 and you can cancel anytime blah, blah, blah. When they sent the product they say you will be charged $119.32 every month to continue using the product, so I canceled that day because I've lived 40 some years with light lashes, I can go 40 more. They say fine you are canceled. 13 days later they charge $119.32 anyway. When called on it they say you can try the product for 15 days for $4.43 and then ask for a RMA#
and send it back but the 15 days include time for shipping so it doesn't matter anyway because you can't do it within the time frame they give you. And none of this information is easily accessible. So when they over draw your account you also get charged $34.00! Buyer beware! Oh, then they say we won't charge you for anymore shipments! Thanks so much!
If anyone decides to do a class action suit, I'm in!
