The company started calling me threatening that Jefferson County the county I live in was pursuing a criminal case against me for check fraud. I was scared because I have been dealing with problems from an identity theft I was a victim of in 2000. I paid part of the debt in fear that I would be prosecuted. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone at this company to prove that this is not my debt.
