I looked at my bank staement today and saw a charge from JustFab.com for 39.95 i know i didn't buy anything so i called the customer service line. The lady informed me that as soon as you buy one item you become a member and if you don't go on website every month and tell them you don't want to buy anything they charge you a monthly fee of $39.95. So they have charged me for 11 months. I told the lady that when i bought a pair of shoes last year, it didn't say this anywhere. So they are going to give me back money, but only for 4 months the rest of the 7 months they charged me they are going to give me store credit. I am so disgusted, i will be calling bank and better Business Bureau.

log on to their twitter and facebook spread the word i been scam too,no money back, like i need 12 pair of shoes a year, good luck, this is a shame
