I joined the website known as BidCactus based on an online advertisement which reads: Get a 52" LED HD Television for $33.91! Limit One Per day, Grab Yours Now This ad is very clear, I can go to the site and buy the product for the listed price in the ad. However this is not the case so I have been told by their customer service team. The customer service is rude and clearly does not care about the customers. I have not had a response from the company within approx 5 days! Any correspondence I have received has been unprofessional. What really upsets me is that they have a Better Business Bureau Accreditation logo on the bottom of their website, however they are not even accredited.

I am very confused. I joined your site based on a advert that stated that I could get a 52" LED HD Television for $33.91. But this is not on the website. Is this a scam? I really just want the TV you advertised.

I see that you registered for BidCactus via an advertisement. The ad you registered via does not reference a specific TV however, nor id there an ad for BidCactus in the screen shot you provided. After reviewing your site it is obvious how the site functions however the ad clearly states I can have a 52" HD LED TV. Regardless of a model # the advertisement is clear. If you are saying that your are false advertising or manipulating potential members we have a whole new issue on our hands. It is very simple, their is an item, a cost and a statement "get yours". So let's talk about this more, I am open to have you explain once again. If I don't like the response their are options available to me. BBB, Attorney General, and more. I am confident you will be able to resolve this before it gets to that level.

Heather do you have a valid response? Or should I submit another ticket and hope someone else addresses my concern.

If I don't heard back from you today I will submit my BBB report. Followed by other agencies. So I do hope that you take care of my concern.

Ken, I would really appreciate you helping me. I am so very frustrated with this whole ordeal. I honestly thought the advertisement was valid.

I really just want the 52" LED HD Television advertised. If you would be so kind to sell it to me you would never hear from me again. I just want what is fair. To be honest Ken, due to my frustration I have gone ahead and already submitted a Better Business Bureau report, however I have not yet contacted Scambook and the Attorney General. I will hold off on that for now. Until end of day.

Do anyone there have anything to say? I have now submitted a BBB report, and contacted the Attorney General. I am in the process of posting on Scambook. I will be sure to include the fact that you are unwilling to respond and communicate with me.

Do you take customer service seriously? I have not heard back from anyone in days. I want to know how I will get the TV you advertised. Please advise me!
