I authorized a Canadian Government website (USAGRANTKIT) to take $2.95 from my Visa credit card as a one time only payment and I wouldn't be charged anything else after that. that very night, sometime through the middle of the night they charged my credit card for a payment of $57.95 when I gave them NO right at all to make anymore charged on my card, nor did I agree to any other charges other than the $2.95. I'm very upset about this and I tried contacting them about it but you have to send an email or something and they would email you back.. they don't have any phone numbers posted on their site and I don't know how to stop them from charging my credit card.
