This gentleman had an ad on oodle for a pug puppy. Upon receiving a return email from him, he said he was at his mothers funeral and was selling the puppies she had bred. Asked all the right information a breeder would ask. Tried to make arrangements for shipping at which time I received an email for 350$ to be wired to a place in Cameroon. I became suspicious and emailed this person back. He then became vague in his replies. I told him no deal unless in person and he became insistent at which time I replied no and was going to report him for fraud. I have received calls from strange numbers on my phone, one of which was a scratchy Arlington number. I would be more than happy to forward all the emails including the fake shipping company which I could find no information for. The shipping company claims to be called royal pet transport, based out of New York. This person will scam others and needs to be arrested or fined or something. If there is anything I can do legally to stop this person I want it done. Thank you
