International boundaries

I was once a member of one of the above company websites in an attempt to find a partner but cancelled because they kept sending me details of women who were too far away. It seems they have innumerable sites and if I stray onto one of their sites (not knowing it is one of theirs) they will either bill me for that site even though I have not requested to join, or they will transfer me to another off their sites without me clicking on anything and bill me for that site instead. They said they would delete my details, including my bank details, but have obviously "forgotten" to do so. This allows them to continue taking from my bank as it suits them. This I would class as fraud.
