I was solicited for a "personal assistant" position. I contacted James Wright and he sent me a letter and a "check" for $5,800.00 from the Florida A&M University Federal Credit Union. I was instructed to deposit the check and wait for it to "clear". I did, and the funds became "available" , or my balance was increased by 5,800 dollars. I called him and said the check "cleared" and I was then instructed to go and send a money gram for 3,500 dollars to Eric Jewell. I withdrew 4,500 dollars from my bank account, went and sent the money gram for 3,500 and paid the fee of 205.00 dollars to The Money Stop Store. After they received it, he then texted me to get 2 "green dot money paks" from WalMart for 1,000 and the other for 500 dollars. I did, and called him with the identification numbers on the back. All totalling the sum of $5, 213 dollars. Only to find out today, the check is returned, and the funds taken from my balance. Cash gone, balance decreased by the 5,800!
