I purchased this system in FULL. I told the representative that I DID NOT want to be put on any auto ship for any products, that if I wanted it I would call. They charged my credit card without my consent. I called and complained I was told I would receive my refund within 3- 5 business days. Now 9 business days later still no refund. Again 8-30-11 I called and AGAIN I am told your refund is being issued. This company is a total SCAM and obviously they have NO competent employees, management, directors or whatever title they give themselves.
