I met Rodney Brewer a year ago while looking for a home to purchase as I had inherited money from my father's passing last February. At the time I was dealing with grief and had just wrapped up a 7yr long process of trials putting my ex husband in jail for life for hurting children.

During this past year of knowing Rodney he not only scammed me out of the inheritance but additional money as a result of several purchase contracts for houses not coming to fruition. And several other business deals that were suppposed to make money and build assets which he later claimed as his own. He did the same to several other individuals to the amount of at least $321,700.00 this past year.

Over the past few weeks I have contacted individuals I worked with previously in dealing with my ex husband at the FBI, US Marshall's Office (who was also my neighbor) and the Phoenix police department to report the fraud he committed against myself and others. They all reassured me that on-going investigations were underway and they would look into his dealings and investigate his past potential exploits that resulted in defrauding other innocent individuals. I believe that is why Rodney is no longer in AZ.

I have also obtained a restraining order against Rodney as he had come into my home multiple times and taken items.

Rodney represented himself as a liscenced Federal Banker . Not only was that untrue the title doesn't even exist. I trusted him and he used his bogus company to drain my funds. It was not enough that he continuously and (as I later found out) purposely killed real estate deals at the last moment, he was living like Henry the VIII on my dime. All his daily living expenses where charged to my company or other investors. I was so invested into helping Rodney and our group to turn a profit- I made this my full time job, one where I basically paid my own paychecks. As everything fell apart we were all assured that the money was coming around the corner (Rodneys proverbial carrot). I also let Rodney obtain short term loans on 3 of my vehichles while being assured the entire time that I would not only be paid back the "business expenses" but there would be a profit as well. Two of those cars I no longer possess and had to pay for the one I still have out of my own pocket. As the smoke begins to clear I was surprised to find out there was a $14,000 short term loan I made to another investor in the group to earn $2000.00 in 3 months. Rodney presented to them the $14,000 as profit he had produced and then spent recklessly in Ohio for a wedding. Needless to say the loan was never repaid and the other investors and I are left holding the bag.

The reason I contact you all is for your protection and the protection of any friends or family you may know or introduce to Rodney. To be aware that he will manipulate, lie and cheat to make money for himself (steal) with no care to the consequences that result for anyone but himself. I know his grandmother received an inheritance as he was using those monies to repay me a fraction of what he took.

I am looking into starting a class action lawsuit against Rodney Brewer personally. If you know of any other victims please share this email with them or let me know their email address or contact information.
