Ordered tickets for mezzanine level and paid $300.00 for those seats. Was sent tickets for upper mezzanine. Not better tickets. Plus spouse and I are separated by one seat. The company's contract states it will notify us if we are not seated next to each other and that was never done. The seats we have are three rows from the very top of the theater. We paid for seats in the 19th row of the very front of the mezzanine. I would have never gone with this company if they had not represented themselves as being a box office for the hippodrome theater. That does not show up until you have paid them.
