Jay Carter contacted me to help reduce my payments for home mortgage and credit cards. Took the money and have not heard from them since, also no payments were made now I am behind. Left at least 2 messages per day for 2 weeks and no return calls. Would like to get my money back as I am an disabled Veteran and on fix income.
