This $4.96 charge appeared on my credit card account today for no reason. I have never had business with or even heard of this company before today. Now I can't even confirm that pcbugnet even is a company. the only info I have found about this name is the fact that other people have been scammed by them. Does anybody understand how the bank can give them my money without creating a paper trail that would lead directly to arrests and convictions?
