This "company" contacted me and stated that I had an old pay day loan to pay off. I knew that at one time I had a payday loan, but thought that I paid it off. I cannot find my receipt as I have moved a couple of times.
Mr Gates is who called me originally. I called another day requesting(again) a validation of debt letter be sent to my house, not my email as that is all they will do. I spoke with Ms Beverly Jazz, she stated that Mr Gates was off that day. I was contacted on Saturday Sept 29th by a man named Mr Darren. He told me to only speak with him. He has my debit information and took $75 today and will take $140 in two weeks and another $140 2 weeks after that. This is supposed to be paid off after the 3rd payment, but I don't think they are legit and are just taking my money. Like I said if I owe this money, I will gladly pay it to a reputable company.
